Pricing questions
- Who counts as a seat?
- Anyone whose time you schedule. Clients, observers and read-only finance users are free and unlimited on every plan.
- What happens after the trial?
- The trial runs 14 days with your real data and no card. If you do nothing, the workspace switches to read-only rather than charging you.
- Can we pay annually?
- Yes — annual billing takes two months off, so Practice works out at €190 per person per year.
- Do freelancers need a paid seat?
- Only if you schedule them. A freelancer booked for a two-week phase is a seat for the months they are planned in, and you can remove them afterwards.
